The autonomous role requires you to be 4 days on road to research prospective clients, developing market strategies, and collaborating with the National Sales Manager.

Description
- Identify and research potential clients in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry (freight, steel, glass)
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close business deals to secure profitable contracts and partnerships
- Collaborate with multiple departments, align strategies
- Participate in network events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build industry connections
Profile
- Relevant sales experience in a Business Developer / Sales Representative position
- Sales experience within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry is a preference (NOT requirement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales principles and strategies to help to close deals and meet targets
- Possessing the capability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative
- Residing in Melbourne and possessing full working rights

- $80.000 base
- Super allowance
