We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team based in West Perth. As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development efforts by providing insightful analysis, maintaining financial models, ensuring bid compliance.

Position Overview

• Create insightful reports and dashboards that support the Business Development strategies and decision-making processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial models that accurately reflect operational needs, company guidelines, and other relevant metrics.
• Ensure bids comply with tender conditions and response requirements, collaborating with relevant teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and information to diverse audiences.
• Utilise advanced model building and development skills to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial analyses and forecasting.
• Apply superior analytical skills to understand and interpret business, client, operational, regulatory, and industry issues, proactively identifying and implementing solutions to address challenges.
• Update document libraries in company internal systems as needed for inclusion with bids, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
• Maintain and update Salesforce database

About You

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Analyst with a solid understanding of key financial metrics. You will be able to provide key analytical support and work collaboratively with the Key stakeholder, providing both support and challenge to ensure the best possible business outcomes.

You'll also have:

• Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of three years’ experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or relevant discipline preferred
• Excellent Microsoft and industry related computer systems knowledge (Excel advanced).
• Critical thinker.
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Focused, driven and highly motivated
• A positive energy with a 'can-do' attitude
• Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
