Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage client information database making sure all information are updated.
- Schedule client calls and meetings with new and existing prospects.
- Support client development efforts including but not limited to business plans, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage multiple accounts ensuring all Business Development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Perform quality checks with clients making sure that goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with team members to implement growth strategies.
- Ad hoc tasks related to the role.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
- Knowledgeable in various compliance and quality standards of the healthcare sector, preferably.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
- Strong organization and accounts management skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to network across various healthcare facilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Must have current Police Check, a valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle.
