Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to contribute to our sales growth and overall business expansion. In this role, you will focus on attracting new clients and establishing client partnerships. Your responsibilities will involve market research, identifying fresh business prospects, business strategy development, and managing client portfolio ensuring that services and quality outcomes are met. You will collaborate with other team members and directly report to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. 
•  Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
•  Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
•  Manage client information database making sure all information are updated.
• Schedule client calls and meetings with new and existing prospects.
•  Support client development efforts including but not limited to business plans, presentations, and other documents as required.  
• Manage multiple accounts ensuring all Business Development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
• Perform quality checks with clients making sure that goals and objectives are met.
• Collaborate with team members to implement growth strategies.
• Ad hoc tasks related to the role.

Qualifications and Skills:
·         

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
• Knowledgeable in various compliance and quality standards of the healthcare sector, preferably.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
• Strong organization and accounts management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to network across various healthcare facilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Must have current Police Check, a valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle.
