About the Role
• Act as the key contact for all relevant stakeholders and customers/clients on the services offered by the Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) with the intention of informing the continuous improvement and expansion of services.
• Develop and maintain a high-level knowledge of QTB products and processes by conducting regular research on market conditions/trends and competitors' products and processes to inform a strategic understanding of QTB's market position.
• Lead the development and coordination of marketing and communication activities and strategies as per the QTB organisational strategy and as directed by the Assistant Director, Business Operations.
• Promote a positive work environment by modelling professional behaviour, promoting teamwork and collaboration with other staff and members of associated organ and tissue banking agencies.
