You will join the seasoned wholesale distribution team and be responsible for pursuing and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients and prospects. You will implement sales strategies to appropriately position the firms solutions to grow the local client base, as well as servicing existing clients.
You will be a key member of the team, representing the firm at industry events, providing insights and ideas amongst the team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Grow and service wholesale market across Sydney and Regional NSW.
- Meet with financial advisers across the spectrum of IFA, aligned, brokers and private wealth firms.
- Achieve gross and net flow target.
- Co-ordinates sales opportunities for assigned clients across business units as necessary.
- Partner with marketing to develop promotional and pitch materials.
- Analyse complex data, trends and strategies.
- Manage client inquiries; resolve problems and make recommendation within scope of knowledge.
This role will suit an experienced investment sales professional with a passion to drive sales results. You will have the following experience and skills:
- Proven record in Business Development across multiple asset classes.
- Degree in finance, economics, business or related.
- Deep knowledge and experience of Australian wholesale market.
- Sales and results oriented with an entrepreneurial passion for developing businesses.
- Ability the ability to leverage the firms products and solutions to adapt to the changes in the Australian market.
- High level of client service and responsiveness.
- Strong internal stakeholder management experience across all levels and directly with investment professionals.
- Confident energy, enthusiasm and passion for your role.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
