About the role: 

It's an exciting time to join one of the leading non-bank lenders in Australia as we embark on ambitious growth plans across ANZ! Propel your career to new heights as Business Development Manager  promoting our home loan offerings within the broker market! This role will see you uncover broker needs and proactively educate brokers on the benefits of working with Bluestone. 

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with new and existing Brokers
  • Generate new Bluestone broker leads and close sales through a combination of prospecting and relationship development 
  • Drive market activity and increase in new applications from existing brokers via a consistent and effective engagement plan
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market
  • Maintain an organised pipeline and activity records using Copper CRM
  • Participate in external events and social engagements to build relationships with Brokers and boost our branding efforts

You’ll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to Brokers nation-wide! You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.

Experience:

This role suits a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business within the lending industry (non-confirming preferred). You’ll play to your strengths as a trusted partner, strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue within your broker network. You will also:

  • Be an innate storyteller with excellent presentation style and ability to present engaging insights and solutions
  • Have exemplary communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills
  • Understand how to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
  • Be self-reliant and results-driven
  • Hold valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
