As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the healthcare sector. You will delve deep into the intricacies of this industry, identifying its specific needs and tailoring our solutions accordingly.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will cultivate relationships with existing clients while forging new connections with key decision-makers in the healthcare realm. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth within this sector, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Dive into the healthcare landscape, understanding its nuances, key players, and challenges.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on expanding CyberCX's footprint within the healthcare sector.
- Champion the customer journey, from initial proposition to seamless delivery, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
- Maintain a deep understanding of CyberCX's offerings, articulating their value proposition with confidence and expertise.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project scopes align with client expectations.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to management, contributing insights to broader sales strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, engaging stakeholders at all levels and building lasting relationships.
- A proven track record in sales, with at least 4 years of experience in IT sales, preferably across the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build credibility both internally and externally.
