As part of our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney.
This role will play a critical part in promoting and expanding our business in the region, ensuring that our services remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase business and meet revenue targets through the sales of manpower and traffic management services
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
- Leading the sales team and providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets
- Creating and delivering presentations to potential clients and partners
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify areas for growth and innovation
- Developing proposals and negotiating contracts with clients
- Preparation of sales estimates and create tenders for projects
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in sales and Business Development within the security industry
- Diploma in Security and Risk Management or equivalent
- 2A & 2B NSW security license
- Undergraduate degree in business, security management, or experience within a related industry (Desirable)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating a sales team
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
