Business Development Manager

Bee Dee Bags are one of Australia’s leading suppliers of retail packaging. Bee Dee Bags has been established since 1974, with branches in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Auckland and our head office located in Wagga Wagga.

A lifetime opportunity has become available for a Business Development Manager to join our high performing team based in Matraville, Sydney. 

 We are looking for a self-motivated team member to work and assist in building our business, servicing a wide range of Australia. We take great pride in having many staff members who have been with us for 10+ years, and as a result we are looking for someone who will settle into this role and be a long-term part of our team. 

This role will be working alongside an experienced team of sales representatives. This position will focus specifically on the retail packaging side of the business, catering for both small and large scale clients. 

The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Experience in face-to-face selling preferred but not crucial 
• Be a strategic planner and sales driven.
• Be capable of building new relationships with potential clients and maintain an existing portfolio of clients.
• Have an energetic and positive attitude that allows you to work with a small sales team environment.
• Excellent presentation.

This position is within an enthusiastic team situated in Matraville, Sydney.
