About the Job:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with CNG's strategic goals, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify training needs or skills gaps through regular consultation with Managers, performance reviews, and skill assessments.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that cover both technical and soft skills development.
- Utilise various learning methodologies and technologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with external training providers and consultants to supplement internal training offerings.
- Manage and maximise Government rebates or incentives whilst maintaining compliance.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives to senior management.
- Redesign, execute and deliver a best practise onboarding strategy.
- Manage the Learning and Development budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development to continuously improve CNG's training offerings.
- Champion a culture of Learning and knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role, preferably within the Strata, Property Management or Real Estate industry (but not essential).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exposure to onboarding and engagement programs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
