Based in the Perth office you will be taking the lead on Business Development within the WA market for new business penetration within the assigned customer and market segment by effectively selling the company's products and related services.

Reporting to the National Packaging Manager, you will receive full support and training, an attractive Base salary + Super + Car + Bonus and be welcomed into a growing international team.

Job Purpose:

  • Promote to prospective customers MULTIVAC equipment and films
  • Provide excellent proposals and presentations to new and existing customers
  • Achieve maximum sales growth & profitability within the designated market segments
  • Achieve new business penetration by effectively selling the company's products and related services.

Key Performance Indictors:

  • Achieve targeted sales & margins.
  • Development new business via new customers and or new business as outlined in budgets.
  • Ensure existing new customer base is maintained.

About you:

The right candidate for this role will be an individual who has experience growing and developing territories.

  • Successful track record in sales growth. (FMCG or Packaging not necessary but, highly regarded)
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve and think strategically.
  • Skilled at Building relationships/networks; and driving new business in a competitive market.
  • Plans and organises personal sales strategy by maximising the ROI for the business.
  • Knowledge of CRM, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (would be an advantage).
