THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
- As the Business Development Manager, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities throughout NSW with the view to target NT, QLD and ACT.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with local councils and governments and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Reporting to the ANZ Sales Manager who is based out of NZ, your office is based in Sydney where you will enjoy a hybrid work arrangement.
- As well as regular state-wide travel, you will have the opportunity to represent the company at industry conferences and events, both interstate and internationally.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Demonstrated success in a new business sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel interstate and attend conferences.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Experience working with local councils and/or governments is advantageous.
- Must have a current driver's license.
