Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Source and generate leads for new business
- Build and maintain database for potential new clients as requested
- Attend listing presentations and advise clients as required
- Develop marketing strategies for the Property Management Department
- Establish relationships and systems within the sales department to encourage referrals
- Actively contribute to the forecasting of financial targets and growth of business plans
- Achieve targets as indicated in Key Performance Indicators
As an experienced Property Manager, you will manage a small portfolio of properties but have a strong focus on Business Development and client service. Your day will involve working within a team of professionals, including and alongside our sales department, providing guidance and support, where needed.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:
- Must have 2 years’ experience in all aspects of property management
- Current Industry standard certifications preferred
- Reliable car/drivers licence
- Finley tuned negotiation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Corporate presentation
- An eye for attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
