Job Description:
As a Real Estate Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and implementing strategies to drive growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as recruiting and scouting for suitable sales agents.
You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Provide training, coaching, and support to team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Create, recruit and scout for suitable sales agents to join the team
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and Business Development activities
- Develop KPI(s) for the sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field but not Mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales and Business Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A current Certificate of Registration, Class 2 or Class 1 Licence
- Own transportation, including a car and a valid drivers licence
- Proficiency in spoken Vietnamese is highly desired, though not mandatory
