Business Development Manager/Sales

City Linemarking provide line marking services to all buildings, carparks, shopping centres, warehouses and industrial sites also. We are excited to be in the market for an experienced sales representative / business development manager.

We currently seek an experienced business development manager/ sales representative who has proven experience in reaching targets, building portfolios, sourcing and hunting new business.

We provide the leads! you provide the ability to close the sale.

In this role you are not confined to an "area" to seek business in, you will have the whole of Sydney as your area to work in.

Linemarking is visible in almost every building in the country. Carparks, Warehouses, Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Shopping Centers, Roads etc have plenty of line markings within the buildings and require regular upkeep and maintenance.

In this position your role will be to:

Manage customers to deliver growth via your sales ability and closing skills.
Building relationships with key companies who have multiple sites across Sydney.
Liaise with Builders, Asphalt, Civil, Government, Warehouse companies.
Seeking out new business utilizing leads as well as prospecting for new customers & growing the database.
Hunting new business opportunities.
Closing our large range of live projects.
Reporting meetings into the outlook calendar.
Maintaining regular contact with key customers.
Meeting and exceeding your KPI's.
Book projects in our projects calendar.
Project manage projects with your customers and our line marking crew.

Our Ideal Candidate:5+ years in a sales representative role.
Construction, Civil customer base preferred but not required.
Previous B2B Development / Sales experience.
Excellent communication, Influencing, presentation, time management, punctuality, productivity and organizational skills
Proven track record of success in sales.
A stable work history.
Painting Industry experience is preferred however we will train you if you do not have experience.
