Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Generate new business and revenue opportunities in a phone based sales role, growing market share via customer acquisition
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with real estate agents
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets
- Report on progress and offer insights and feedback to improve the customer experience
About you:
- 1+ year experience in phone based sales preferably in SaaS, technology or Real Estate
- Exceptional communication, customer service and follow up skills
- Worked in customer service and well-practised in building rapport with customers
- Process driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets/KPIs
