Your ability to understand customer needs, configure our software to meet those needs, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.This role is perfect for a “do’er” who loves to get sh*t done - taking a pragmatic and iterative approach. Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management: Lead and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.2. Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and configure our SaaS solution to meet their specific needs.3. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to customers on the use of our software, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise its features effectively.4. Coordination: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.5. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for implementation.About You:

• Experience: 2-3 years in implementation management, project management or a related field within SaaS or technology environment.
• Dependability: You are a rock star in execution, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results promptly without the need for follow-up.
• Pragmatic Planning: You have examples of driving simplicity and efficiency without unnecessary complexity.
• Results driven: You concentrate on achieving measurable outcomes, prioritising tangible results over intentions or efforts.
• Attention to detail: You have an eye for detail and follow things through to completion. No task slips through the cracks.
• Love working with customers: You ask curious questions to deeply understand their business process and how best to configure the product to meet their needs.
