Program Overview
- Commence January 2025 with other Graduates in your cohort.
- Two-year program with cross-functional business exposure
- Structured rotations through Product Support, Service, Parts, Construction and Resource Industries
- Develop networks and friendships through graduate sponsored activities.
- Coaching, mentoring and professional skill development.
- On the job training and education - apply your tertiary studies to real life experience!
- Opportunity to travel to gain further experience in a fast paced and large business center.
About You
- Recent graduate (0-3 years) or expected to graduate in 2024.
- University qualification in Business, Economics, Commerce, Law or equivalent
- Willingness to travel to Mackay and other regional business centers, with flexible travel options available.
- Business Acumen, exceptional communicator, and team player!
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Genuine interest and passion in mining, construction, and resource industries

Application Requirements
Applicants must attach their academic transcript (an unofficial transcript is accepted if graduation is pending). Successful applicants will be invited to attend an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in May 2024.
