The Three Pound Group is a WA-based hospitality group dedicated to elevating their customers’ experiences through our professional, ‘no-fuss’ customer service. We currently operate five venues, each with their own individual personality; including The Camfield, Stables Bar, The Reveley, Good Company Bar and The Elford. With plans to extend our portfolio we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team.
The Role
The Marketing Manager of Three Pound Group will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies across various channels to effectively reach our target audience and drive business growth. You will play a key role in guiding the creative direction of advertising and public-facing communications, establishing the business positioning, and leveraging digital marketing techniques to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Establish business positioning and identify target audience segments to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
- Ensure consistency of all brands across marketing communications and campaigns, keeping them up-to-date with relevant trends and maintaining brand integrity.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to ensure alignment with objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results
- Provide clear guidance, direction, and motivation to the marketing team to achieve desired outcomes and targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, functions and venue management to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Where required provide guidance on venue aesthetics to ensure they reflect our brand image and desired atmosphere for each venue or event.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
