We are looking for a Business Improvement Analyst to join Resthaven’s Business Improvement Team. Reporting to the Manager Business Improvement, in this critical role you will be responsible for working collaboratively with teams across the organisation to conduct data and process analysis, develop and implement Business Improvement opportunities and promote seamless customer experience.

In this role you will:
- Support the development of organisational dashboards and metrics to monitor business performance, and the achievement of expected outcomes from Business Improvements.
- Support the analysis and review of organisational and benchmark data (both within the organisation and across the sector) to identify potential areas for Business Improvement.
- Identify Business Improvement initiatives across the organisation through employing process improvement methodologies
- Support the development of a comprehensive Business Improvement program for the organisation.
- Support the preparation of business cases and planning for Business Improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of Business Improvement opportunities, including the implementation or improvement of business systems.
- Contribute to the planning and management of projects, identifying interdependencies across projects/functions, potential impacts on wider organisation to address any gaps or duplications.
- Complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure improvements have been implemented.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support positive organisational change and promote seamless and personalised customer experience.
- Support the delivery of value analysis and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of more productive ways of working.
- Support the internal audit program through the design and delivery of data based assurance testing.
- Contribute to the transformation of system applications
About you:
You will have:
- Proven advanced ability to compile, interrogate, analyse and use data from multiple sources to understand organisational effectiveness.
- Demonstrated skills in use of data to undertaken benchmark comparisons and identify Business Improvement opportunities
- Demonstrated skills in performing root-cause analysis, developing solutions and process modelling.
- Demonstrated skills in systems thinking related to work practices and monitoring systems.
- A proven preference to work collaboratively across an organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the use of business process improvement tools
- Knowledge of relevant Standards applicable to Aged Care would be desirable
