Stone Bros Plumbing of Wangaratta are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our team and clients.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of MYOB, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
2. Clerical Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
3. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service.
4. Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and organized office environment, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any issues that arise in the office, finding effective solutions to ensure continuity of operations.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MYOB
- Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with the plumbing industry is a plus but not required.
