The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the person we are seeking will be a strong collaborator willing to partner across all areas of the business to identify opportunities that will drive efficiencies across the Institute, to maximise investments in current technologies and that will ultimately enhance the user experience.
You will ensure a human centred approach, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a business transformation mindset.
Some of your key areas of focus will include:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for automation.
  • Ensure a human centred approach to process optimisation and design. Ensure process improvement activities and outcomes meet compliance obligations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology solutions, digital tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce non-value adding processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions for process optimisation.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
  • Leverage technology tools and platforms to automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, have a certification in Lean or Six Sigma and have demonstrated experience in the following:
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, advanced and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and other business process techniques.
  • Experience in leading and delivering projects through agile methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology to enhance Business Improvement solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
