You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a culture of Continuous Improvement through Project Management, with a strong focus on Business Systems Analytics.You will be responsible for the successful delivery of critical business projects that align to our Strategic Plan and are of varied size and complexity.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and track progress against milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and proactively implement solutions to address them
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, management, and vendors, to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions
- Substantial experience delivering systems projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile or Prince2)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience within manufacturing, technical or logistics industry (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification (preferred)
