We work three days in the office and the others remote.💼 About the RoleReporting directly to the Director of IT and Transformation, you will play a significant role in leading the development, implementation, and sustained advanced analytics strategies and solutions to continuously improve decision-making across our organisation.You will support the Director IT and Transformation to leverage automation, predictive models and high impact visualisations to generate insights with the objective to improve business decisions. The Business Insights Manager interacts closely with Corporate Services functions such as finance, communications and marketing, engagement, as well as across teams in the functions of the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Asset Management Officer focusing on informing investment strategy, asset management and investment operations.A key focus will be designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to deliver Business Insights for effective data analysis and reporting.🎯 Key Responsibilities

🎓 Key Selection Criteria

• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business and analytics disciplines
• Experience in analytics, visualizations, dynamic dashboards, automation, and APIs
• Knowledge of Excel, R, SQL, and familiarity with business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or related field
• Salesforce developer certifications highly desirable
