We currently have an opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division. The team is integral to the overall digital service delivery to Property Management staff across the APAC region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Reporting to the Associate Director – Property Management Digital Platform the key responsibilities of this role will be as follows:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development
- Provide support, guidance and advice to users
- Document system development requirements and associated user guides
- Work with software developers to develop, test and implement new features and enhancements including integrating 3rd party systems
- Manage multiple developments concurrently
- Develop reporting solutions for internal (staff) and external (client) stakeholders, with a focus on data visualization and analysis tools
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
- Understanding of Agile project management methodology
- Minimum 3+ years of work experience as a BA
- Have experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software
- Advanced skill level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Power BI, Excel and Sharepoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Flexible attitude in dealing with stakeholders
- Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous
- Have previous experience with MRI/Yardi or other Commercial Real Estate accounting software
- Experience with SQL programming language
