Your responsibilities will include owning and operating powerful visualisations making up global human capital dashboards to support operational decision making, supporting board level reporting and managing the pipeline of growth for business dashboards. As part of the role, you will be creating and maintaining data models, conducting data analysis using SQL, and developing reports and visualisations using Power BI. You'll also be responsible for gathering requirements from users, testing, deploying, and training users in the reports and dashboards.In this role, you will:Data analysis and interpretation: Collating data required for analysis across business applications to provide actionable insights and simplify how we work.Business partnering: Build rapport and collaborate with global stakeholders to achieve understand business needs and opportunities.Develop innovative dashboards: Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs, design, develop and maintain powerful, innovative and intuitive dashboards.Support business reporting: Work as part of a highly capable team to conduct data ingestion, aggregation and analysis activities to produce reliable and accurate board level reporting.Solution Translation: Extract, Manipulate and interpret data from various sources to inform global people dashboards.Promote a data-driven culture: Promoting the use of global dashboards across the business and support end-user training and change management.Automation: Contribute to the system architecture design, participate in working groups to inform technology evaluation and selection and support application integration to streamline data ingestion and aggregation to drive powerful dashboards that simplify how we work.Identify system improvements and opportunities for enhancement, incorporating industry developments and best practices.About YouOur ideal candidate possesses tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field, with a particular preference for those holding Microsoft Power BI certification. They should have five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stacks, demonstrating proficiency in Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, and SSMS, alongside at least one year of experience with SQL server or another relational database management system. In terms of technical skills, the candidate must exhibit expertise in Power BI reporting, data modeling, DAX, SQL queries, and data integration/ETL processes. Equally important are strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.This role demands a candidate who can effectively navigate complex data environments and communicate insights clearly.
