About the Role:
As the Business Intelligence Manager, you'll lead and manage the BI team while contributing directly to the implementation and support of BI and reporting solutions for our customers. You'll play a key role in sales activities, demonstrating BI solutions to potential customers, and supporting other areas of the business with IT consulting services.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the BI team, managing resource allocation and project timelines.
• Oversee the implementation and support of BI and reporting solutions.
• Engage with external customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that enhance decision-making.
• Participate in sales activities by demonstrating BI solutions to potential customers.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of BI projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
• Stay updated on BI technologies and best practices to innovate and enhance our offerings.
• Assist with the delivery of IT consulting services, such as IT strategy development and project management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in BI delivery.

About You: 
We're seeking a driven individual with a passion for leadership and a strong background in Business Intelligence. You thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to continuous learning and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• CA/CPA/CIMA qualification highly desirable.
• Certification in Power BI highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in BI or data analysis roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
