Your proactive and flexible approach to your role and the ability to liaise with staff in a confidential and professional manner, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fun team environment will be important to your success.

This position is full time at 5 days per week 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of the first 6 months internship within the Allocations Team*. 

The Salary range will be $49,795 to $51,910 per annum plus superannuation.

Who You Are/Your Experience:

To be considered for this role we are looking for those special candidates who has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and love to go the extra mile. We need you to have:

• A genuine interest in your career pathway
• Ideally you have completed your VCE, and may have tertiary education within business or other related fields, but not essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs
• The ability to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and oral
• Strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
• Maintain loyalty and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Experience within the Health or associated industry preferred, but not essential 
• The ability to embrace opportunities to learn and develop, listen and engage with inspiring leaders 
• Assist in projects assigned to your internship whilst upholding our core values

Few more things need to know about this position:

You will be assigned between 3 to 6 months in each of the following areas over an 18 month period:

• Allocations* (6 months) – will be your first placement and the hours will be rostered across 7 days, 5 am to 11.30 pm.  This department is the heart beat of our organisation and you will receive extensive training in our Allocations system, to help match our Members to our Client requests.
• Client Relations (3 months) – You will be on the road with our Client Relations Consultants, fostering new business, and maintain relationships with our clients.
• Recruitment (3 months) – the Recruitment Team are critical to sourcing “simply the best” applicants for our organisation, to ensure we have the best Members available for our client requests.
• Finance (3 months) – in your time with the Finance Department you will receive an overview of all aspects of the Finance Team’s work, including Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Payroll, along with a focus on Member enquiries and timesheets. 
• Human Resources, Quality & Compliance (3 months) – during your time with these 3 departments you will gain valuable insights. 
  • In the HR Team you will learn how they onboard and support our internal staff. 
  • The Quality Department will give you unique insights to quality processes to ensure we deliver the best possible service. 
  • The Compliance Team have the important role of ensuring all of our Members meet the specific requirements of each of our clients when they are placed in a shift.  Our inhouse program ensures this is as seamless as possible.
