You will work as part of a dealership sales team in a collaborative approach, contributing towards the dealership’s goal of selling cars and the growth of the brand. The successful candidate will take on a unique role, which gives you the opportunity to also build external networks and relationships to provide funding solutions to customers on other assets or vehicles. In addition to this, you have the potential to earn uncapped commission, you get out of this role what you put into it and can shape the role to suit you.

- Provide customers with assistance in financing or upgrading the customers vehicle or assets
- Work directly with the sales team, receive all referrals and engage with customers to discuss their needs
- Undertake the finance application process with customers from end to end - work with an extensive panel of lenders to find the most suitable lending solution for customers
- Build and grow an external network of referral partners to attract new funding opportunities
- The ability to think strategically and develop the role as it grows
- Build and develop the finance and warranty process within the business to optimise conversions
- Utilise and build an existing sales database to enable remarketing and future sales opportunities
Must have:
- Demonstrated capability in a Business Manager OR Finance Broking role
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with customers, internal and external stakeholders
- A thorough understanding of the loan process, requirements and compliance
- Preferred but not essential, knowledge of multiple panel of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers’ needs
- Business Development skills are not essential, but they contribute to your overall scope of the role
- Be determined to drive your own success, think strategically and grow the role as you desire
