About Us

CSE Crosscom is a leading supplier and integrator of two-way radio and telecommunications products, infrastructure & services. About the Role

Reporting to the State Manager, this position is responsible for sourcing new business within defined geographical and vertical markets in. You will engage with current and new stakeholders to develop sales strategies around the services they require and oversee the relationship through delivery of Crosscom services and growth of our Orion based network.  

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Expand sales and rentals of two-way radios and telecommunications in new vertical markets and with new customer accounts.
  • Diversify our target vertical markets to broaden our customer base, enter new industries, and boost revenue for organisational growth.
  • Quickly establish rapport with various clients across different levels of their organisations.
  • Collaborate with management and technical teams on strategy, solutions, and issue resolution.

About You

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly customer-focused, and eager to enhance our customers' understanding of our products, services, and solutions. Driven and motivated to succeed, you excel as a team player and communicator, possessing exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. 

You have a strong interest in technology and aspire to become an expert in business telecommunications solutions.

Other skills and experience include: 

  • Proven success in selling technical or complex telecommunications solutions in the Australian market.
  • Driven and self-motivated, with proven experience working to and exceeding sales targets.
  • Capable of building a close alignment and a "fit" for our products and services with our customer's business environment and required outcomes.
  • Ownership and accountability for the role.
