Job Functions
The role of the Business Manager is to provide our customers with convenient and competitive Finance, Insurance & Warranty products.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Discuss the dealerships finance, insurance and warranty products with every guest
- Present a professional and responsible image to all clients, staff financiers and insurances (e.g. dress, office cleanliness)
- Arrange acceptance of finance and insurance for each guest
- Ensure prompt receipt of payment of all finance contracts and that all payments for insurance are made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurer
- Ensure trade ins re thoroughly checked for title and accurate payouts are obtained
- Maintain a log of activity to compare performance against budget
- Act at all times in accordance with policies contained in the Ken Mills Toyota handbook
- Be proactive in developing new initiative to increase the sales of F&I and warranty
- To provide a positive and proactive response to all sales consultants who wish to introduce guest for any F&I related enquiry
- Adhere to Toyota For Life standards
Role Particulars
- This role is Full-Time working 5 days a week Monday to Friday
- Some Saturday work is required (on a roster). We trade 8.30am to 11.30am on a Saturday
- Renumeration consists of a base salary as well as a competitive commission structure.
