Our client is looking for an experienced allied health professional to step into a pivotal leadership role as a Business Manager. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead a skilled team, driving business growth through strategic management of Occupational Rehabilitation and early intervention strategies. The role ensures the delivery of significant financial, operational, and customer outcomes, while also managing best practice relationships with all stakeholders involved.
Key Requirements:
- Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor
- A minimum of three years in a similar leadership role
- Demonstrated passion for leading, coaching, and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving business growth and quality initiatives
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
