About the role
As our company grows, the way we work needs to evolve and scale to ensure friction-free operations. We are looking for someone who wants to join us on our growth journey to both execute our Business Operations as well as help us become more effective and efficient. The Business Operations Coordinator role provides a unique opportunity for exposure across our entire global Business Operations functions. This role will support delivery at all stages and across all departments of the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide support to our People Operations team through tasks such as onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and training.
- Assist in the day-to-day support of our of global office operations.
- Analyse and audit our software tools and data flows to reduce waste, maximise interoperability, and propose enhancements.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives (i.e. special projects, address whitespace).
- 2-4 years of experience working in a core Business Operations function (I.e. Talent, People, process improvement, planning).
- Ability to seamlessly flex between the tactical and the strategic.
- Broad interest in Business Operations and wearing many different hats.
- Excellent organisational and data gathering skills - be deliberate, not scrappy.
- Track record of un-complicating the complex to increase operational efficiencies.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity (need to invent solutions).
