About The Role
As the Business Development and Operations Manager you will utilise your knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with NDIS service providers, customers and stakeholders.
A critical element the role will be providing leadership of a team of staff who ensure the provision of high-quality direct care services for people with a disability and complex support needs to meet individual client needs while supporting with overseeing overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Networking & meeting with those in the disability sector with Support Coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments and other NDIS providers
- Develop business and relationship management strategies for the organisation.
- Proactively nurturing leads in the pipeline and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Proven performance in Business Development/growth in the healthcare space
- Ensuring all delivered services are charged to the most appropriate part of the participant’s plan.
- Support development of Client-related documentation including care plans
About You
- Demonstrated experience identifying and maintaining new and existing business opportunities within government sectors to achieve revenue targets set by the organisation.
- Proven success in developing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Advanced skills in planning, monitoring and evaluation of service delivery and contribute to the organisational development
- Advanced knowledge on the NDIS policies and standards of service delivery to participants ensuring timely delivery of quality and safe client services
- Proven track record of surpassing revenue and performance targets, along with a history of establishing strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed critical /analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills advanced skills in verbal and written communications.
