About Us:
Geronimo's Founders were early investors into one of the largest fitness franchises globally, and had success scaling their own gyms from zero to $1M+, multiple times. The Founders realised that they had discovered a system to build a million dollar studio.
After successfully exiting their own gyms, they set up Geronimo, and it was clear very quickly that this system worked for gyms in Australia, studios in NZ, new franchises in Asia, large chains in the US and independents in Canada.
The Geronimo Academy is how we deliver this growth system to our clients - essentially the blueprints, templates, cheat codes, and coaching needed for studio owners to achieve real business success.
We currently work with 100+ clients globally, and we are on a mission to 10x this by the end of 2025 to make a substantial impact in the industry.
The Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Operations Manager who can bring the missing piece to our team, and help us achieve our Vision of 1000 clients by 2025. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with a strong business acumen and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-growing company.
This is more than just managing the day-to-day operations across various existing teams (ensuring smooth, efficient and effective business processes). That's only part of the story, the aspect of this role that is really going to excite you is this bit … over and above this, we are looking for someone who can help us build and launch the new products needed to scale the company.

The Key Responsibilities:
- You will be working directly with the COO to oversee daily operations and administrative function across all teams, driving operational efficiencies and improvements, and assisting in the growth of our business ventures
- Plus you will be working closely with the CEO to understand and implement strategic business decisions
- You will also handle special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Operations, management or a similar role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to understand broad strategy, and run with it, to execute it all the way down to the finer details
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High energy, passion, and a hunger for success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
