Business Relationship Manager / Operations - Cleaning Industry

Working across a portfolio of mixed assets, overseeing cleaning operations each week across New South Wales you will be able to communicate at all levels with confidence, have a safety focus and a passion for quality service.  Our enthusiastic and supportive environment affords you the ability to work autonomously

Core responsibilities for this position are:-

• Complete visual on site cleaning quality audit checks to ensure all areas are cleaned in line with our contracts
• Understanding of client service agreements
• Job planning, possible work forecasting and administration
• Assistance with start-up of new clients, ensuring smooth handover to our franchisees
• Training of franchisees
• Cleaning estimations for new proposals.
• Assess work site hazards and security risks as part of our WHS requirements
