To be successful in this role, you will need to have program or onboarding management experience. You will manage multiple issuers through the pipeline and work closely with internal stakeholders and payment network operators / payment service providers to assist partners through the process of onboarding.
The role will also involve maintaining relationships with our existing partners. This includes supporting invoicing, billing and testing activities and support processes. You are also a self-starter and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable moving fast in ambiguity and making decisions with limited information.

- We are seeking a operations professional with a proven track record of creating, implementing, and managing operational processes
- Experience in managing programs or partner onboarding processes across a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication, problem solving, influencing and decision-making.
- Outstanding time management, documentation, and organisational skills
- Ability to collaborate with, and deliver change across, operational functions.
- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements.
- Able to define processes and requirements under sometimes ambiguous conditions.
- Ability to manage by influence key relationships with cross-functional internal teams and partner organisations.
- Programs manage the onboarding of partners onto the payment platform. This includes working with the payment network operators to scale and improve the program, and documenting and improving processes.
- Experience working in sales planning and/or business/sales operations; program / project management; or similar experience in finance functions.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Technical, Marketing and Legal teams to support new and existing partners with enquiries and projects.
- Support existing partners with operations related enquiries and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyse processes and identify improvements to processes, systems, and tools.
- Ability to manage by influence key relationships with cross-functional internal teams and partner organisations.
- Experience contributing to efforts to improve internal tools and process.
