About the role
The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is responsible for partnering with allocated leadership teams and Directors to develop and deliver the P&C strategy in support of both organisational and divisional business objectives. The role is a connected partner for the division’s leadership group, and works with the People and Culture team to develop and deliver people solutions.
As a trusted partner, your role is to:
Provide expertise and guidance in the areas of long and short term people strategies to deliver on business objectives
Be a change agent, contributing to the delivery of culture, operating model, and strategic change initiatives
Deliver P&C frameworks and processes at scale, and in partnership with P&C CoEs contribute to the design and deliver talent management and people experience solutions
With a coaching mindset, build leadership capability and leadership team cohesion and effectiveness.

Strong P&C business partnering skills with demonstrated ability to lead through influencing
A deep understanding of P&C concepts and principles gained through formal education and work experience
The ability to successfully interface with senior business leaders
Commercial credibility, with experience in designing P&C solutions aligned to business and financial imperatives
Demonstarted customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
Strong team orientation and the ability to work collaboratively across the P&C division and the organisation as a whole
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or associated disciplines
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and can be flexible on location with a hybrid working environment.
