What you can expect
We're seeking an agile and innovative Business Partner to join our People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for partnering with Regional Directors to identify and deliver People & Culture (P&C) solutions in line with business needs.
You will thrive on leading a team of two P&C Advisors and two Coordinators to assist with the delivery of the ANZ Energy, Environment & Waste portfolio.
Developing strategies in conjunction with the Regional Directors to ensure optimal performance;
- Role model internal consultancy to stakeholders through trust, advisory and creditability
- Facilitating horizontal and vertical networks for optimal business performance;
- Actively scan the organisation for opportunity and trends to add value to the portfolio through data insights
- Demonstrate strong coaching and employee relations experience
- Demonstrate strong understand of employee life cycle activities and talent frameworks
About You
Suitable applicants will be/have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology
- Minimum 5 years' experience, ideally in a true Business Partnering role P&C role and we are open to industry experience.
- Relevant experience in establishing internal client networks with proven ability to develop and maintain trust;
- Well-developed relationship management and consulting skills to personally influence at all levels;
- In-depth knowledge of P&C organizational policies, practices and generalist P&C best practice;
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated;
- Ability to work autonomously and to exercise initiative and discretion; and
- Co-operative and flexible work style to work in a team environment - Ideally the role would be based in Brisbane yet we're open to Sydney or Melbourne.
