About your role:

In this dynamic role, you'll empower leaders with top-notch advice on people matters, helping them lead and grow their teams confidently and foster a vibrant, values-driven culture. You'll be the go-to for coaching, counselling, and guiding leaders on engagement, development, talent, onboarding, and more.
Working alongside our Chief People Officer, you'll ensure our People systems run seamlessly and meet Unita Group's standards. Your expert insights on engagement, learning and development, case management, legislation, and talent will be invaluable.
What your days will look like:

Teaming up with leaders to craft enticing job ads, screen stellar candidates, and coordinate interviews, all while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience with a personalised induction program. You'll grow engagement, build development plans, create outstanding performance outcomes, and promote our people initiatives.

Working HR systems like Employment Hero and CultureAmp will keep things running smoothly and compliant while maintaining pristine records.
