An integral part of our Business Performance and Enablement Team, as a Business Performance Analyst you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.

The purpose of this role is to provide financial performance analysis and business insight support to the Senior Manager, Business Performance and Enablement for Family and Disability Services.   This role will provide effective performance management and compliance with relevant legislation, standards and policies. It contributes to the maximisation of synergies across UnitingCare as a single integrated organisation to improve service delivery and business performance, and to promote UnitingCare's work in health and community services in the broader community.

What makes a difference for us? 

  • Tertiary qualification in accounting, business or a related field
  • Experience as a Performance Analyst or strategic role focused on improving business in a medium to large organisation
  • Experience in business finance analysis to support multifaceted business cases and issues.
  • Strong business process modelling and analysis capability and experience
  • Ability to apply planning, coordination and time management skills to projects and tasks.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across large geographical areas.
  • Extensive experience in dynamic change environments.
