Business Performance Specialist

Philotimo is a fast-growing Business Performance consultancy specialising in the accelerated performance of clients' businesses and our own portfolio of privately owned companies.  Our people use Philotimo performance methodologies, frameworks and proprietary performance intelligence to help systematically increase performance across all areas of each business.

What will your typical day look like?

Internally, consultants are referred to as PIPs (Performance implementation Partners) and work with clients using Philotimo Performance processes to develop strategic growth plans and facilitate step-by-step growth acceleration. Delivery is via structured sessions that evolve with clients based on client needs and your evaluation of client requirements.  

You will be directly supported by a Performance Partner (with whom you will have a close working relationship), our performance centre and the other office PIPs.

Remuneration Philosophy: 

Renumeration is made up of a generous base salary and bonuses awarded on meeting position targets.
