The Low Down:
A leading organization in the utilities sector are seeking a motivated and skilled Process Analyst to contribute to the success of a HCM Program. This role is critical in analysing, designing, and optimizing payroll, time and attendance, and rostering processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse current payroll, time and attendance, and rostering processes to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a standard operating model for payroll, time and attendance, and rostering processes to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously seek opportunities for further enhancements.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Strong business knowledge of HCM processes; payroll systems, time and attendance, and rostering.
- Must have experience with Business Process tools such as Signavio, Aris or Lean Six Sigma.
Desirable:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle Financials
