The opportunity:
AKKF are seeking an experienced operational Business Process Analyst in an initial 6-month contracted role that is 100% remote. Possibility of ongoing role with organisation.
Reporting to the COO, the Business Process Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluation of our business via process mapping, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to improve operational performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse and evaluate existing Business Processes to identify areas for improvement and identify bottle necks (Service Delivery, Clinical, HR, Finance/Payroll, Fundraising).
- Document current processes and propose new process maps, flowcharts or procedures.
- Identify and propose the removal of duplication and complexity.
- Support the organisation with a review and recommendation for implementing a CRM system into the organisation..
- Review the SharePoint utlisiation and recommend ways to optimize the use of the system.
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and use of technology across AKKF.
- Support the business with developing and implementing a training program to ‘re-fresh’ teams on new processes, approvals, reporting to ensure they are clearly understood.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture through the review of existing systems (Cliniko, Monday Board, Better Impact) to identify improved reporting capability.
- Map the customer (young person, families and volunteer) journey end to end and identify recommendations for improvement in their experience.
- Identify efficiencies during appointment for time and cost savings across the organisation.
- Recommend a time effective process for the creation of reporting dashboards based on data extracted from current systems.
About you:
- Relevant qualifications in disciplines such as Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Processing analyst role.
- Experience in supporting people, communications and Business Process change.
- Proven experience applying business analysis methodologies, performing Business Process mapping (current and future state), business requirements identification, options evaluation, and business case development.
- Personal alignment with AKKF values.
- Ability to engage with a variety of audiences, tailoring communication to suit the relevant audience.
- Professional with a high level of reliance and tenacity.
- Proven team player who takes own initiative in supporting and achieving team goals/objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
