With your collaborative and people-centered approach you will deliver effective project management governance, planning, resourcing, tracking, reporting, delivery and roll out across all Fresh Hope Communities Business Projects.

- Develop effective project business cases
- Ensure effective business analysis processes, and vendor go-to-market processes alongside key stakeholders, to procure business system solutions
- Ensure effective scoping of project resourcing requirements, recruiting staff and managing development and implementation of project on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure regular communication with key project stakeholders to update them on project progress, resourcing, risks, and successes.
- Monitor project progress, outputs, risks, budgets, and resourcing and provide regular high-level reporting that supports effective project governance
- Proactively model the Fresh Hope Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders, system users, and external parties
- Proactively contribute to the development of a high-engagement, high-performance team culture.
- Relevant tertiary education in project management or a business related discipline
- Prince2 or PMBOK certification (desirable)
- 5 years' experience as a senior project manager
- Understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to the implementation of business systems (e.g. HRIS, Rostering System, Finance System)
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Experience in process re-engineering/business improvement/change management.
