Business Projects Manager

• Develop effective project business cases
• Ensure effective business analysis processes, and vendor go-to-market processes alongside key stakeholders, to procure business system solutions
• Ensure effective scoping of project resourcing requirements, recruiting staff and managing development and implementation of project on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure regular communication with key project stakeholders to update them on project progress, resourcing, risks, and successes.
• Monitor project progress, outputs, risks, budgets, and resourcing and provide regular high-level reporting that supports effective project governance
• Proactively model the Fresh Hope Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders, system users, and external parties
• Proactively contribute to the development of a high-engagement, high-performance team culture.

• Relevant tertiary education in project management or a business related discipline
• Prince2 or PMBOK certification (desirable)
• 5 years' experience as a senior project manager
• Understanding of operations, procedures and policies related to the implementation of business systems (e.g. HRIS, Rostering System, Finance System)
• Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Experience in process re-engineering/business improvement/change management.
