The Opportunity

• An experienced and Senior Project Manager to join our growing Head Contractor team – no weekend work!
• Lead and deliver multiple commercial fitout projects typically to $10m at any one time
• To work within a client-side advisory division focussing on delivering head contractor fitout projects under the CBRE construction model
• Collaborate with other CBRE business lines, cross selling our services to achieve the company’s strategic business objectives

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Construction degree or similar relevant tertiary qualifications
• project management and contracts management experience within the local commercial fitout sector
• Able to deliver multiple, fast paced fitout projects at any one time
• Effectively collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
• Able to implement robust risk management strategies and proactively address any challenges.
