About the role:
Working with the State Manager and the NDIS Division, this role is required to develop and implement growth strategies that lead to converting leads and pathway to service delivery.
Key requirements include:
- Promote HCA and attract new referrers and customers to HCA
- Develop & manage referral pipelines
- Develop & implement growth strategies to expand HCA's presence and services
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities
- Manage onboarding processes and ongoing relationship with customers
- Work with the State Manager and the NDIS to plan and develop collateral and campaigns
- Utilise and build on HCA existing and prospective relationships that are based on trust, shared experience and customer outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the State Team to deliver an excellent customer experience ensuring this leads to greater attraction
- Implement the state business growth in the region and maintain HCA’s strategic growth
- Lead and represent HCA in forums, expos, and networking events
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the sector and community to identify potential growth areas and partners
- Deliver formal presentations to external stakeholders
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in Healthcare, Business Development and Customer focus ideally within the NDIS or community sector
- Knowledge and/or experience of the community services sector
- Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and/or other health related sectors
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building, customer experience and stakeholder management
- Experience and success in working in a customer focused, multi-site service business
- Exceptional presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office and CRM
- Strong and confident relationship building skills, to be able to work in a team environment and/or autonomously.
- NDIS current Workers Screening Check (NDIS WSC)
- Current Working with Childrens Check (NSW WWCC)
- Current Police Check (within 6 months)
