What will your typical day look like?
In an environment where rapidly changing regulations, societal expectations and digital disruption are transforming industries, we help organisations bridge the gap between risk and opportunity while they respond to scrutiny form regulators and transformational pressures to simplify and do more with less. In this context we seek to transform the productivity and efficiency of assurance, risk management and control processes at our clients through a combination of assurance and advisory services and a mission to build innovative digital solutions for risk, governance, and controls.
You will be part of a passionate and supportive team with opportunities to work across a diverse range of industries and the ability to collaborate with a variety of teams across Deloitte.
Who will you be working with?
Every day, we help clients navigate uncertainty, enabling them to embrace the inherent risks that come with opportunity. Key areas you will work in include:
- Internal Audit - Providing confidence to our clients that their risk and control strategies are best in class and working as intended, through assessments of key financial, and operational business processes and technologies
- Risk Management & Transformation - Designing smart solutions to improve risk management and frameworks and capabilities that enable successful business outcomes
- Controls Consulting - Helping clients design, implement and test the effectiveness of internal controls that they rely on to manage their key risks.
- Governance - Working with clients to help them improve the effectiveness of the governance across their organisation.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
We want team members with an understanding of business who are curious, commercial and who are keen to learn. You may also be:
- Studying towards a degree in Business/Commerce, Economics, Finance, Technology or Engineering
- Able to articulate the business perspective and be comfortable working with technology and data
- An excellent problem solver, communicator and relationship builder, commercial, articulate and able to make the complex simple
- Keen to get involved with innovative and advanced technology projects, driving change and delivering high quality outcomes for our clients and their customers
- A permanent resident of Australia or an Australian/New Zealand Citizen (required)
