Your role will involve in-depth analysis of reports, preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and providing crucial support, alongside mentoring staff and much more!Benefits:

What you'll be doing:

• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and adeptness in cultivating strong client relationships.
• Engage in strategic advisory tasks, including analysing management reports and conducting client meetings to drive business growth.
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Taxation Returns for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships for our larger clients
• advising clients on business structures, various tax and other accounting advice
• Effectively manage a client portfolio, overseeing workload distribution among support staff.
• Take on a leadership role by mentoring and managing staff to foster professional growth and development.
• Consistently achieve KPI standards to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in a public practice (Required)
• CA or CPA qualified
• Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in XERO and MYOB
• A positive attitude and be a 'peoples person'
• Warm and inviting nature
