This is an exciting opportunity for an highly capable and experienced Accountant with strong leadership and client management skills.Overview:
- Fee Management: You will be responsible for managing a fee base exceeding $1 million.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5 high-performing individuals.
- Client Focus: Must be client-facing and service-oriented, with the ability to build and grow a client base and fees.
- Collaboration: Work closely with an Ex-Big 4 Partner to expand the group's reach and offerings.
- Client Consulting: Consult with a portfolio, particularly focusing on High Net Worth Individuals, providing services such as due diligence, business restructuring advice, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Supportive and Collaborative: The firm has a laid-back, open, and easygoing culture fostered by visionary Partners who prioritize supportive and collaborative growth.
- Access to Resources: Employees have access to cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and managerial development initiatives.
- Client Management Skills: You must be client-focused, with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring junior accountants.
- Accounting Expertise: Strong background and expertise in accounting, particularly in areas like due diligence, business restructuring, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
- High Net Worth Individual Experience: Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals and providing tailored consulting services.
- Team Management: Ability to lead and inspire a team of high performers.
